Special Information: The price includes a one color one location imprint. The letter opener is made with biodegradable plastic which includes a 4 inch ruler on the bottom. BioGreen products are made from environmentally friendly plastic which will biodegrade in a regular landfill within 18-60 months.

Art Charges: An additional fee of $38(v) per hour will be applied for changes to the artwork.

Cancellation Fees: The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as set ups, printing, proofs, artwork, packaging and any other expenses incurred by the factory. There will be a charge of 20% of the item cost with a $45(v) minimum restocking charge for blank items plus all freight costs.

Copy Changes: Copy changes are $25(v)/each.

Less than Minimum: Call for pricing and availability

Over/Under Runs: The factory reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% and invoice accordingly. For exact quantity shipments, add an exact quantity fee of $32(v).
