Special Information: Note the calendar pads are available in a variety of different styles. The pads are printed on medium weight paper with a medium weight paper board. The calendars are printed on the header. The header size is 2", and the imprint size is up to 10" wide. There is a 7% price increase if ordered after Sept. 1
