Art Charges: Art charges will be assessed if clean-up of artwork is needed. If charges are $25.00 or greater, the customer will be notified in advance of performing the work.

Cancellation Fees: All charges incurred up through the date of cancellation received at the factory. Billable to customer.

Copy Changes: $13.50 for each copy change.

Less than Minimum: $30.00. One half of the lowest listed quantity.

Over/Under Runs: 4% over/underruns billable to customer.

PMS Color Match Charges $24.00 per color match, plus a $12.00 wash-up charge. Standard color imprints are listed with each calendar. If a color other than the standard color is required a $12.00 wash-up will be charged.

Production Time: Normal production time is 10 working days.

Product Proof: One color press proof $50.00; two color press proof if $80.00.

Rush Service: Call factory for availability.

Custom Samples: $50.00 for a one color press proof; $80 for a 2 color press proof.
